The best residential areas in Jávea

Located on the north coast of the province of Alicante, Jávea is part of the Marina Alta region, characterised by its incredible beaches and landscapes

It is located at the most inland point of the sea on the east coast. On the clearest days you can even see Ibiza, which is 90 kilometres away.

Thanks to its climate, its geographical location and its gastronomy, foreigners from the UK and Germany have decided to start a second life in this luxury paradise in Alicante. So much so that the latest census reveals that 43.67% of the population is foreign.

A paradise between sea and mountains

Can you imagine a life surrounded by nature, waking up and the first thing you see is the sea? Jávea offers many residential areas to achieve the life you have always wanted.

El Tosalet

If you want to be part of the oldest urbanisation in Jávea, this is the place for you. With 56 years of history, El Tosalet is one of the most popular areas of the municipality.

Such is the importance and impact of its inauguration that the painter Joaquín Sorolla himself took an interest in the area to illustrate it in some of his famous paintings.

In recent years, El Tosalet has served as a second home for many foreigners of different nationalities. This urbanisation offers a great harmony in its properties, as they all follow the same Mediterranean pattern.

Furthermore, the owners enjoy peace, privacy and security 24 hours a day, as the area is fully guarded at all times, making it one of the safest in Jávea.

You can live close to the beach if you decide to buy a property in Phase I of the development, or a little further away in Phase III.

La Corona (The Crown)

This luxurious residential area of Jávea has a good infrastructure, a social club, children’s playground and sports facilities for those who like to take care of themselves.

At 2 kilometres from the port, it is considered one of the luxury villas of the municipality. Being in the middle of the mountains, the remaining building plots are sloping.

The houses that currently exist are authentic works of art by the most prestigious architects in the area. You can find designs in the pure Mediterranean style to villas with a more modern style and with large windows to see a panoramic view of the sea.

The balcony to the sea

Built in the 80’s, this urbanisation is home to many nationalities. It has an extensive infrastructure with restaurants and supermarkets.

But what really captivates those who decide to start a second life in this area is the proximity to one of the most beautiful coves of the Costa Blanca: Ambolo.

Its proximity to the sea makes it a quiet area to disconnect, whether you live there or if you decide to go on holiday.

Furthermore, this urbanization is surrounded by blue flag beaches. You can live on a plot with two bedrooms, or in impressive villas in front of the most impressive cliffs in the area.
